This interactive workshop invites nonprofit leaders to approach change through a human-centered lens, focusing on the people at the heart of every transition. Together, we will explore practical tools to navigate uncertainty with transparency, compassion, and shared purpose. You’ll learn how to communicate openly (even when answers are evolving), create space for honest and supportive dialogue, and strengthen trust in your teams. Participants will leave with a framework and real-world strategies that honor both organizational goals and the human experience of change.
