An event aimed to provide education on dementia-related topics and other community resources to help individuals on their dementia journey.About this Event
Join us on Saturday, September 21st at the Zatzman Sportsplex (Nantucket Room) for presentations from people in your community to learn more about living well with dementia and local resources available to help. Doors will open at 2pm to browse tables of community resources with presentations beginning at 2:30pm. Light refreshments will be available.
