HR Professionals lunch – Employment Rights Act 2025

Major employment reforms are on their way over the next 12 months into 2027. This session will look at what is happening, when and what your HR teams and managers need to be doing now to prepare. Laura will support us with advice and guidance. Plus as always popular, the opportunity to ask Laura questions and receive practical advice.

About the speaker

Laura Claridge, Partner at Clarkson, Wright and Jakes (CWJ)

Laura Claridge is a partner and Head of Employment at CWJ. She advises on all aspects of employment law and HR issues for clients. As well as providing support to clients with day-to-day workplace issues such as grievances, disciplinaries, sickness, contracts and handbooks, Laura advises on Employment Tribunal claims.

Litigation experience includes unfair and wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims.

Laura regularly works with the corporate team in providing support and advice to clients with the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including settlement agreements and Tribunal claims.

Laura is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and an Affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
