Communication is NOT a SOFT skill! It is imperative in the success of everything we do and getting more complex and challenging by the day. Join us at the next HR Networking Cafe for a hands-on workshop with our very own HR Ninja, Lisa Boucher, and Sara Martin, Senior HR Consultant at GTM HR & Payroll for practical, relevant and experience-based practice with some of the most sensitive issues we are currently encountering in the workplace.
Lisa and Sara will share the importance of facing challenging issues head on and provide effective practices that can turn conflict into collaboration, struggle into strength, and differences into improved and more profitable solutions.
