Knowledge can be a powerful tool when it is understood and applied correctly. Supervisors who have knowledge on the basics of employment practices are aware of employment pitfalls and are better positioned to help run the business. The course will include interviewing right and wrong, orientation and onboarding strategies, basic Federal/State employment laws, Supervisor role and responsibility of sharing and living the Company established Values and Mission.
