In this session, we’ll walk through the essentials of bringing people into your business - whether employees or contractors - creating onboarding experiences that work, and putting simple structures in place to support healthy, inclusive team cultures.

Whether you're making your first hire or growing an existing team, you’ll leave with clear, practical tools you can apply right away.

Meet the Facilitator, Sean Raible (he/him)

Sean Raible (he/him) is the Founder & Principal Consultant of , based in Vancouver, BC. He brings over 25 years of experience across Total Rewards, HR, and Operations, working with organizations ranging from early-stage businesses to large, global companies.

Sean has worked across multiple industries — including consumer products, retail, tech, construction, and financial services — and has supported teams in over 30 countries. He has also served as Head of HR in a CPG organization, giving him practical, hands-on experience building teams and people practices from the ground up.

In addition to his HR expertise, Sean is a strong advocate for inclusive and equitable workplaces, bringing a DEI lens to his work and supporting organizations in building people-first cultures.
