This half-day conference convenes leaders across government, healthcare, law, and corrections to define the operational, clinical, and legal framework necessary to ensure continuity of care and compliance under H.R. 1. The focus is practical: how to implement federal guidance in a way that protects access to care while meeting regulatory requirements.
