Beginner: 40kg Total
Novice: 50kg Total
Event 2:
Dinnie Handle Walk – 20m for time (Offset Load)
Beginner: 40kg / 60kg (100kg total)
Novice: 50kg / 75kg (125kg total)
Event 3: Yoke Walk– 40m For Time (Head to Head)
Beginner: 130kg
Novice: 150kg
Event 4:
Car Hold For Time
Beginners: 145kg Side Handles
Novice: 145kg Parallel Bar
Event 5:
Atlas Stone Series to Platform
Beginner: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70kg
Novice: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90kg
