Happy Halloween! It's time to get ready for our spooktacular 5th Annual Howl-owe'en Pet Parade, sponsored by James Bay Veterinary Clinic!🎃🐈🐩🦴
On Sunday, Oct. 26th at 1:00pm, the Carr House courtyard (207 Government Street) will be open for guests of all ages and species, celebrating the Halloween season with crafts, animal stories from Emily Carr, and a pet costume contest complete with prizes!
To participate in the costume contest, sign up ahead of time by following the link provided below and arrive before 1:30pm Oct. 26th to check in. The costume contest will begin at 1:45 pm following opening remarks and will feature 4 main categories: Most Inspired by Emily Carr, Cutest Costume, Scariest Costume, and Best Owner-and-Pet Duo Costume. The Parade will be held even if it’s raining cats and dogs, so dress accordingly. If you can't make it in person, you can submit photos of your pets in costume in our virtual contest through our email at [email protected] (subject line: Virtual Pet Parade 2025).
