Studio Bob and the Port Angeles Downtown Waterfront District present the first Howl-o-ween Pet Parade and Costume Contest. Dress your pet up and show them off at the City Pier from 11 to 1. Booths with art and local animal non-profits, multiple photo opportunities, and cash prizes for the best costumes. Prizes have been sponsored by Patricia's Pet Shop, Olympic Veterinary Clinic, PetSense, Sound Bank, and the Port Angeles Waterfront District. All well-behaved animals on leashes or in containment units (backpacks, shoulder bags, strollers, etc.) are welcome.
