Learn the basics of researching, applying, negotiating and winning government contracts. This comprehensive program provides expert advice from an experienced professional in all aspects of contract acquisition, as well as mentorship to ensure success. The workshop includes interactive sessions, instruction from a team of experts and access to the most up-to-date resources. Through this unique program, participants will gain knowledge on how to successfully navigate the government contracting process and become successful contractors.

Tammie Bailey Fults, Founder-CEO & President of National Association of Women Owned Small Businesses, Inc. (NAWOSB), NOMACON Solutions & the Doraville Chamber of Commerce.
Tammie is a Business Development Consultant, National Procurement Expert, Entrepreneur, Educator and Speaker.
NAWOSB: Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Tammie established NAWOSB October 2010 as a national business procurement organization. Having more than 600 Members throughout the United States, NAWOSB educates women-owned, minority and other small businesses how to navigate and respond successfully to government contract opportunities. She has created multiple programs and training sessions to increase the success of women seeking contracts with various government agencies.
NOMACON Solutions: Provides business procurement services for Clients on Proposal Responses to Contracts & Grant opportunities at all levels of Government, Corporate entities and Educational institutes. NOMACON has successfully obtained multi year awarded contracts for clients in various industries throughout the United States.
DORAVILLE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Established January 2021, Tammie is a Founding Board Member and First CEO/President of the City of Doraville’s Chamber of Commerce in its 150 years old history. Its purpose is to educate, empower and enhance the City’s business community.
Tammie is passionate about helping Women, Minorities, Veterans and other small businesses start, grow and scale their businesses.
In the midst of the Pandemic, March 2020 Tammie created and organized the Doraville Business Association as a way to communicate vital funding and other information to Small Businesses ensuring they were kept abreast of various funding sources.
2019-2020 Tammie served as the Lead Trainer/Coach for the National Coalition of 100 Black Women-Northwest GA Chapter’s initiative: Black Girls Magic Mogul Academy 12 weeks program.
Tammie has served on several boards, as President and various other positions for HOAs and other Nonprofit organizations. She is the former Co-Publisher of the Smart Woman Atlanta Magazine.
November 2019 Tammie entered into politics for the first time and ran a great campaign for City Council Representative in Doraville, GA. Although Tammie did not win the position, having received 45% of the votes, she won favorable support and confidence from the multicultural Doraville city residents that resulted in her establishing the City’s first Chamber of Commerce.
Tammie’s speaking engagements include: Sororities, Churches (World Changers, Empowerment Action Center), Organizations: 100 Black Women-Dekalb, NAPW, The Links-Brunswick, Federally Employed Women (FEW), BPW-Orlando and Caribbean American Business Connections, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, National Coalition of 100 Black Women NW Georgia Chapter and the Women’s Council of Realtors® Georgia.
