How to stop thinking about your Ex
You know that peaveful moment you have right when you wake up before you remember anything about your life? That's what it feels like to not be thinking about your ex all the time. What if, instead of a moment, it lasted for a month, or even longer?
There's a reason your mind keeps reaching for the perverbial bag of potato chips. You have a craving, a yearning, a desire that you're not able to "satisfy." As a result, so much of your time, attention, and energy gets sucked down the drain and aimed in the wrong direction.
In this empowering session, we will outline a personalized roadmap that will help you escape "open thought loops" about past dysfunctional relationships and provide you with practical tools and insights to help get you to embrace a new chapter of your life. This workshop is was personally designed by a neuroscientist, therapist, and yoga teacher to support your healing journey.
