A Boundary-Setting Workshop for Working Professionals Designed for women. Open to all.
Sunday 21st June 2026, 11 am to 1 pm
Many of us struggle with saying no - at work, with friends, or even within our families. Yet boundaries are essential for healthy relationships, personal clarity, and professional growth. This workshop invites participants to explore why saying no feels difficult, and how to communicate boundaries with confidence, clarity, and compassion.
Why you should sign up:
• Understand why saying no often feels uncomfortable
• Identify your personal boundary triggers
• Learn simple assertiveness frameworks for everyday situations
What we’ll do in the Workshop:
Participants will engage in a thoughtful and practical process through:
• Psychological tools for self-awareness
• Reflective exercises to explore personal patterns
• Writing practical communication scripts
• Practicing responses through real-life scenarios.
The workshop focuses on building confidence in everyday communication - so participants leave with language and strategies they can immediately use.
About the Facilitators:
Spend a Sunday morning with three thoughtful facilitators: an outspoken poet, a graceful dancer, and a visually-impaired singer, all currently pursuing their Master’s in Psychological Counseling at Surana College, Kengeri.
Blending evidence-based psychological practice with lived experience, they create spaces that are reflective, supportive, and deeply engaging.
