Saying no at the right time can help you protect your capacity, deliver better quality and become more reliable in the commitments you do make. This workshop helps participants recognise when a request is not workable, respond with clarity and say no without creating unnecessary friction.
We will cover:
- Why people say yes when they mean no.
- How to tell a workable commitment from a forced one.
- How to check whether a request fits your capacity, priorities, and values.
- How to say no clearly, calmly, and constructively.
- How to protect your time, deliver stronger work, and stay credible when you commit
