✨ Learn how to lead Drum Circle events at this one day 'How to Run a Drum Circle' Workshop at Saint Mary's Church Hall Dunstall, a beautiful, quiet spot nestled in beautiful countryside.
Join Becky of Grounded Peace for this fantastic workshop of connecting in with the deep and earthy medicine of the frame drum for healing, releasing, uplifting of spirits, connection and being able to share this with others.
During this workshop we will learn how to use frame drums to help people to release and let go, to relax, to help lift spirits and to bring a community of like-minded souls together. This workshop is generally aimed at people who have already attended Frame Drum Circles, been trained in Sound Healing or are trained musicians but all are welcome.

Becky is a Integral Sound Healing Practitioner, Teacher of Sound Healing, former Teacher with the Sound Healing Academy International and has been a highly qualified, accomplished musician for over 20 years. Through her events, classes, workshops, educational sound healing workshops and even when teaching Samba drumming to young people in Secondary Education as her time as a Teacher of Music in Secondary Education she has helped spread the word of the healing power of the drum to a multitude of people for many years. Showing and sharing with people how they can use the healing power of rhythm and drums has been a passion of hers for some time now and she's excited to share her knowledge and experience with others to bring the magic of the drum out to the world!

What you'll need:
- To be able to stand for periods through the workshop with a frame drum
- A frame drum if you have one but not necessary (if you have one make sure it's one you can hold at the back with one hand and bring your drum beater as well -as shown in the advertising photo).
- A journal
- A packed lunch and a bottle of water (light snacks and hot drinks provided).
Please note that this workshop is not advisable for people with epilepsy (specifically sound induced), pregnant, 17 years or younger or with severe mental health conditions (such as psychosis).
