How-To: Risotto

Participants will master the art of making creamy risotto from Arborio rice, learning the techniques of proper stirring, adding broth (choice vegetarian or chicken), and incorporating ingredients like mushrooms, saffron, or butternut squash.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
