Kate Bullen has an enviable reputation as one of the region’s top commercial property solicitors. She is a Director and Head of the Commercial Property team at AFG Law and is a specialist in all areas of site acquisitions and development with a particular expertise in option agreements, overage and rights of pre-emption.
Her quality of work and attention to detail allow Kate to offer clear, realistic and valued legal advice. Whilst Kate is based on the outskirts of Manchester she has clients from all over the country and many of which she has been working with for over two decades.
Kate has over twenty six years of experience working in the commercial property sector having acted for a wide range of clients from the leisure, retail, house building and social housing sectors. Her substantial experience means she can advise on all aspects of buying, selling, developing and leasing premises by working closely with clients and ensuring legally they are in the best position they can be.
Adam Butler Is Head of Sales and Marketing at Avamore Capital having joined in early 2020. Initially joining as Relationship Manager for the South, was promoted in late 2021 to his current role of Head of Sales and in 2023 took on the responsibility of managing marketing.
Adam started his career in property finance over 15 years ago spending 5 years as a mortgage broker across Surrey and Berkshire focussing mainly on the regulated market before joining a specialist BTL lender within their origination team. Since then, he has worked for multiple specialist lenders in all different sectors of property finance before joining Avamore Capital.
He currently specialises in development and bridging finance working closely on different types of schemes ranging from smaller development to larger more complex transactions across England and Wales. To date Adam has helped over 100 clients with their developments in his time at Avamore Capital, ranging from first time developers to seasoned professionals.
Andy Moger is a Director based in Tetlow King Planning's Bristol office where he has worked since 2013. He is a Chartered Member of the RTPI and has spent more than 18 years in the planning and development sector with a broad range of experience gained across both private sector consultancy and at local authorities across the midlands and south west.
He is a leading specialist in self-build and custom housebuilding, acting for a wide range of clients from landowners, strategic land promoters, developers and volume house-builders and is regularly called as an expert witness on the subject of self and custom build at appeal by the Planning Bars top rated Kings Counsels and Barristers. He is an experienced inquiry witness.
Andy also has a great deal of detailed planning policy experience and is well versed in the development plan site promotion process. Since joining Tetlow King Planning he has been involved in a range of work including strategic site promotion, pre-apps, planning applications, public consultation events and a wide range of successful planning applications and appeals
