About this Event

Come learn how Parkland-Spanaway residents are overcoming their health challenges by learning the secrets and adopting the lifestyle of the longest-living communities in the world!

Most people believe that tons of money is needed to live a long life. The majority of the people living in the original five blue zones lived under the poverty level and still live way longer than we do here in the US. Find out how they're doing it on Monday October 7th at 1PM at Sprinker Recreation Center.

People in our community are already learning how to live healthily and feeling the difference. Just listen to Marianne's story!
