Our daily life seems to consist of lots of tasks and never - ending lists, but what if there were only 3 tasks worth fulfilling to be happy?
About this Event

For Alfred Adler there were three unavoidable challenges at the centre of every human life: the work we do, the people we love, and the communities we're part of. He called these the life tasks — not because they're problems to solve, but because how we meet them reveals who we are and what we actually value.
Most of us are brilliant at one of them and quietly avoiding another. And the way we approach each one is rarely random — it tends to trace back to feelings and patterns we've carried for a long time without quite naming them.

In this 90-minute session we'll explore each life task honestly — where we're thriving, where we're stuck, and what gets in the way. We'll also touch on two additions that came later: the relationship we have with ourselves, and the question of meaning — what we're actually here for, beyond the day-to-day. In the session you will be provided with practical tips and a little worksheet to guide you for your future self enquiries!
This is a fully standalone session. No prior knowledge of psychology needed.
