In this workshop presented by Dutch-Online, you’ll uncover why so many of us struggle with learning decay, the tendency to forget quickly when new knowledge isn’t reinforced, and how you can turn that around. You’ll discover what psychology reveals about the link between confidence and progress, why motivation so often fades, and what truly keeps it alive.
