Mid Career presents a unique challenge. Theoretically, you are extremely qualified with an arsenal of marketable experiences. As a result, you are pickier about what you want from your next role.

You don’t just want any job, you want the role that will level up your career, be fulfilling, and pay you a market-value salary.

Most job search advice is geared towards early career professionals. At the mid-career stage, applying to hundreds of jobs or throwing in some keywords might get you a job, but it’s not going to get you the ideal role.
