In this inspiring and accessible weekly drop-in class, Kelsang Oden will guide us through the profound and time-tested techniques of Buddhist meditation—practices designed to unlock the vast inner resources we often overlook. These methods are both ancient and deeply relevant to modern life. They offer a gentle but powerful way to shift how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.
In this series of classes we will explore how to:

Sessions last for an hour. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Classes can be attended on a drop-in basis, as each session is self-contained. Light refreshments will be served before or after the class.
