Simon is all about about helping individuals and organisations to maximise their performance, realise their potential and work towards becoming world class in their chosen field.
For almost 20 years he has been working in elite and professional sport as a sport psychology consultant and performance coach. He has coached Olympians, world class athletes and International teams to success.
His expertise lies in helping organisations, teams and individuals to consistently engineer peak performance and become World Class. In sport, he helps athletes win medals and teams win championships. He applies exactly the same approaches to organisations.
He specialises in developing a World Class mind-set and approach. For almost 10 years, he has also had incredible results applying his work to Entrepreneurs, Executives, SMEs and Corporate clients. He has coached a wide range of clients to develop a winning mentality. He helps them to understand the ingredients that enable peak performance and ensure they can engineer sustainable success.
