Have you ever wondered how much of each herb you need to harvest for one chicken soup meal?
Join us for a hands-on workshop on harvesting the right amount of Hmong herbs for a traditional chicken soup meal.
The session will be led by May Lee, former Master Gardener and one of the first Hmong organic farmers in the United States. Zongxee Lee will also be there to guide participants in identifying the herbs and sharing their traditional uses.
