How to Grow Greens

In this free workshop, we will teach you how to set up an easy, low-maintenance garden, the secrets to succession planting for continuous harvest, and how to protect your greens from pests. Whether you have a spacious backyard or a windowsill with containers, you will leave with practical knowledge to start planting, tending, and harvesting your own greens, such as lettuce, kale, spinach, and Swiss chard. We will be working in the soil, so please wear sturdy shoes and clothes appropriate for gardening. Registration is required.
