About this Event
Product-as-a-Service is a critical business model to enable your business’ circular economy transition. It offers a tangible opportunity to reduce your dependence on new resources and achieve your sustainability goals, creating added customer value at the time. PaaS gives businesses the opportunity to build closer customer relationships, recurring revenue streams, and improved competitiveness.
NB! Participation in the workshop costs SEK4,500 (excl. VAT) and is confirmed after the payment. Eventbrite ticket serves only as an expression of interest.
During the workshop, you will:
- Understand how to choose the right products
Through case exercises and discussions, you will learn the critical criteria for selecting the most suitable product categories.
- Discover typical challenges and how to address them
In our research, we found 9 typical challenges to PaaS and during the workshop, we will dive into the product- and customer related ones. The facilitators will provide examples on how to turn them into strategic advantages.
- Design an attractive value proposition
By using the PaaS-adapted customer journey mapping and value proposition canvas provided in the toolbox, you will learn how to develop compelling, value-driven services. Case exercises will help attendees create standout offerings in a competitive market.
The workshop will introduce the complete toolbox, giving participants a comprehensive understanding of what a Product-as-a-Service offering entails. This will increase knowledge on how to begin developing and implementing a PaaS business model based on your organization’s readiness.
