Foam rolling can help you alleviate muscle tightness, increase your range of motion, reduce inflammation, and boost your recovery.
If your new to foam rolling or just want to learn more join Coach Matt for an amazing class.... you'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll learn a lot, and you'll feel great. Matt will guide all participants through a full body rolling session while describing ways you can incorporate it into your fitness routine at home or in the gym.
