About this Event

EPL's annual How To Festival is a chance to learn something new from someone who already knows how to do it. A variety of experts from professionals to enthusiasts will share their skills with you.

In this hands-on culinary experience, learn to make Handmade tagliatelle pasta. Chef Jose will also be making a tomato sauce that you will be able to customize to your liking using fresh herbs, lentils, vegetables and spices.

José Cocco, a Chilean-Italian chef, has been an international culinary instructor for over 8 years. His passion for gastronomy has driven him to specialize in teaching culinary techniques from various cultures. José is renowned for his ability to inspire and motivate his students, imparting deep and practical knowledge that reflects his commitment to culinary excellence.


Class size is limited to 24 participants.


Cost: $15. We are unable to process refunds at this time.


NOTE:

Children 12 - 18 years old are permitted to attend with a parent or guardian.


Doors will close 10 minutes after the scheduled start time in order to minimize disruption to the class.
