U.S. Department of Commerce

Director of International Trade

Bio: Andy joined the U.S. Commercial Service team in January 2023 after serving for 14 years with the U.S. Small Business Administration, where he supported 15 counties across the Central Valley, Central Coast, and Eastern Sierra as the District International Trade Officer and Lender Relations Specialist. With more than 30 years of experience in export finance, international trade, and business development, Andy now supports businesses throughout Fresno, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Tuolumne, Stanislaus, and Calaveras counties as they expand into international markets.
