SOLD OUT! How to draw a portrait with complete accuracy (enquire for future events)

This is a two day workshop with all materials supplied and includes lunch on both days and refreshments throughout. It is led by hyperrealistic portrait artist and tutor Alan Keane founder and host of The Artist's Well series of artist interviews which since 2020 now numbers 115 episodes.

This workshop is suitable for adults at all levels of experience. Alan's expert guidance and individual attention will guarantee a successful outcome. You will work with a photo reference and be shown several ways in which a complete likeness can be achieved with all the tools and techniques used by the masters over years.

The venue is in a beautiful Georgian building which has been home to the Arts Club from the start of the last century. The workshop takes place in the basement and lunch in the bar or dining room of the club. There is a maximum of 8 students on this course.
