How to Digitalise Your Operations Using Systems Thinking

Rather than focusing on individual tools or technologies, this session introduces , a systems thinking methodology developed at Aston University to help organisations understand how their operations really work, where inefficiencies sit, and how digital solutions can be introduced in a structured and practical way.

Through applied examples and discussion, attendees will gain clarity on how PrOH Modelling supports better digital decision-making by connecting people, processes, and technology across the whole system. The session will be followed by lunch, providing an opportunity to network with peers.

This event is part of a funded project led by Aston University and supported by InterAct, designed to improve digital capability and resource efficiency across UK organisations.
