Looking more deeply at the importance of living an ethical life as a way to reduce negative emotions and cater for a more positive outlook. She will during this day more specifically explain the ancient meditation practice of seven point cause and effect and exchanging oneself with others, as a way to cultivate the enlightened mind Bodhicitta which is essential in order to progress towards a more long lasting happiness and fulfillment.
