An Interactive, Low-Pressure Social Workshop
About this Event

At The Centre for Human Connections, our mission is to bring people together through vibrant, interactive, and entertaining social workshops.

This is our "Connection 101" workshop. Anyone interested in reviewing how they are doing in their social life; exploring where they would like to go, and discovering ways and tools they could use to guide them in the right direction would benefit from this foundational workshop. With simple exercises, fun games, and conversations with other participants, you will explore the concept of "social health," understand why engaging with others matters more than ever, and learn how to create meaningful connections faster.

You only need to take this workshop once, but we offer multiple dates so you can pick the best time.

Duration: 2 hours.

Maximum number of participants: 14.

Coffee, tea, and snacks included.

Location: Intrepid Theatre Festival Hub (entrance on Fisgard Street).

Parking: Free parking available on-site, subject to availability. Street and private parking available too.

Advance booking required (no registration at the door).
