Guido is an Entrepreneur with a background in Tech companies, has worked in the US, in Brazil and South Africa, founded several companies and served and still sits in several Advisory Boards in different industries (so as SCM, Job Portals, Food and Beverages, Farming, Steel Recycling, Tech Supplier, Software, Education). He was 9 years with Kienbaum as a Manager and Equity Partner in charge of Executive Search for the Advanced Technologies market segment. After this time, he took over the CEO role of his families’ business – an HR Consulting firm with 110 employees – having 25.1% of the shares in his family and 74.9 % of the shares in another families’ hand. There a complete restructuring, rebranding and sales concept was implemented. After 4 years he stepped out and sold his shares to the other family and opened his own company: Board Partners.
