How to build a balanced business
When we start our business it can be easy to fall into the trap of working too hard, to the detriment of our own personal health and wellbeing. This is not sustainable long term as it can lead to stress, overwhelm and burnout.
In this interactive session, we will look at:
-How looking after your own health can lead to more productivity and efficiency within your business
-Reclaiming balance through leadership
-Recognising your strengths and weaknesses
-Importance of communication styles to get your message across and connect with others.
-Using DISC as an awareness and communication tool
Agenda for the Day:

9.50 - 10.00 - Introduction to BIPC Leeds
10.00 -11.30 - How to Build a Balanced Business with Ros Jones
11.30 - 12.30 - Networking. You can use this time to talk to your fellow attendees, share experiences and swap tips.
