About this Event

This educational workshop is designed for adults who are interested in exploring leadership, confidence, communication, and intentional relationship dynamics. Whether you're new to these concepts or looking to deepen your understanding, this class provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where curiosity, self-awareness, and personal growth are encouraged.

Together, we'll examine common myths and misconceptions about authority, leadership, and power dynamics while exploring the foundations of trust, communication, consent, and mutual respect. Through discussion, demonstrations, and interactive learning opportunities, attendees will gain insight into topics such as presence, communication styles, negotiation, emotional intelligence, and relationship-building. The workshop also addresses the importance of feedback, accountability, and aftercare practices that help foster positive and sustainable connections.

This class emphasizes self-discovery and skill development, helping participants identify and cultivate an authentic leadership style that aligns with their values and goals. Whether your interest is personal, relational, educational, or community-focused, you'll leave with practical tools that can support more intentional and effective interactions.
