P&L Media created the international hit, Judge Judy, which was the number one-rated daytime program in America, and many other courtroom shows. Lisa was a founding producer of the no-holds-barred upstart, A Current Affair with Maury Povich, a show that changed the way news is reported in America. From there she moved to Paramount’s rival news magazine Hard Copy and saw its ratings double. While on Judge Judy Lisa also helped to launch the Judge Joe Brown show that made the top ten in syndication. She went on to win three consecutive Emmy Awards for the critically acclaimed Cristina’s Court and again for “Last Shot With Judge Gunn” in the Legal/Courtroom category. She has produced four top-ten syndicated shows in the US, including Judy, Affair, Joe Brown and Hard Copy. Lisa had a central role in the success of The Montel Williams Show as an original producer on Montel’s first season in Los Angeles and delivered world exclusives for the landmark CBS daily magazine. Nominated for the Emmys nine times, a Genesis Award, won 8 Telly Awards Lisa has for 20 years excelled in senior positions on news magazines all over the world. Lisa’s producing record covers a list of the biggest news stories of our time, yet she is equally accomplished in developing strategic industry alliances and the promotional launch machinery that ensures success. She produced the top-rated one-hour Netflix special, Kardashian: The Man Who Saved OJ Simpson which broke rating records throughout the U.S. Lisa’s other documentaries include El Chapo & Sean Penn: Bungle in the Jungle, Time Presents: Celebrities on Trial and Time Presents: Milestones – A Tribute to the Stars We’ve Lost. Lisa is an Exec. Board Member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. and a founder and exec producer of the Manila International Film Festival.

He co-founded the popular annual Asian Filmmakers Reception at the Sundance Film Festival and has presented panels at SXSW, Los Angeles Independent, Nashville and Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festivals respectively. He is a proud founding board director of The Association for the Advancement of Filipino American Arts and Culture (FilAm ARTS, inc), CinemaSala and the Philippine Olympic Development Committee among many. A William Paley Scholar at Syracuse University, where he captained the men’s rugby team (A first for an Asian student-athlete at the school.), Winston was honored and privileged to have delivered the Keynote Addresses at both USC and Loyola Marymount’s Filipino Graduation Ceremonies.

Annalee Paulo- President, Entertainment Marketing, 42West
Annalee Paulo has been promoted to president of 42West's West Coast Entertainment Marketing division, succeeding Susan Ciccone, who is leaving the company after 15 years. Paulo will work alongside East Coast President Tom Picchura, and together, they will oversee theatrical, streaming, corporate and personal PR campaigns as well as supervising the division's 30 employees. Paulo joined 42West in 2005 as a senior executive and has workded on campaigns for A24, Amazon, Apple TV+, Focus Features, Disney, HBO, HBO MAX, Funimation, Netflix and Lionsgate.
