About Our Speaker:
Lynn Kroesen brings more than 25 years of experience in a diverse range of economic development activities and business growth initiatives. A dedicated servant leader, she is passionate about empowering future generations and fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Lynn holds the prestigious Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) designation, the highest credential in the industry, demonstrating her expertise, professional achievement, and commitment to continuous growth. She is also certified in Workforce Development through the International Economic Development Council, Business Incubation Management and Entrepreneur Center Management through the International Business Innovation Association (INBIA), along with several other certifications in small business, entrepreneurship, and economic development.
Since joining the Hillsborough County Economic Development Department in 2007, Lynn has served in multiple roles, including Contracts Manager, Small Business Development Consultant, and Enterprise Zone Coordinator. Currently, she is the Manager of the Entrepreneur Collaborative Center (ECC), where she oversees daily operations, manages a network of 100+ partners and staff, and drives innovative programs to support local entrepreneurs.
General Meeting:
Rebounders and Volunteers gather to offer support, potential job leads, inspirational fellowship, and information on all available services. You will come away from this meeting with inspiration, renewed hope and feeling like you have new friends who care about you (because we do)!
"Take Your Game Face Off" Meeting:
At the end of our monthly general meetings, we take our “game faces” off and sharing what’s in our hearts. This group provides a confidential, safe and casual atmosphere where the goal is to help Rebounders deal with stress, discouragement, relationship issues, self-esteem and/or fear. We take an oath at the start of the meeting that what is said in the room stays in the room.
For fifteen years, Career Rebound (Formerly Real Estate Lives) has supported professionals, like yourself, with finding a new role and growing their career.
