Come be an audience member in the live recording of the Onion Soup Podcast hosted by Dexter Morton. In this episode, we welcome Sarah Spearin, a certified Yoga and Sound Healing Practitioner and owner of Syncing Into Bliss, LLC.

Sarah's unique journey takes her from a 13-year career in healthcare as an occupational therapist to the world of yoga and sound healing. She'll share how sound can be a powerful tool for healing the body, mind, and spirit.

We'll explore:

• The benefits of sound healing for a wide range of clients.
• How sound healing complements a yoga practice.
• Sound healing and it's impact on the nervous system
• Sarah's inspiring story as a Cancer Overcomer and the role sound healing played in her journey.
• Sarah may demonstrate some simple sound healing techniques listeners and viewers can try at home.

Whether you're a yoga enthusiast, curious about alternative healing practices, or simply seeking deeper well-being, this episode is for you!

What to Expect:

• The interview will start at 1030am and last for about 1 hour, followed by a 30 minute QA where audience members will have the chance to ask questions.
• The space can hold 15 audience members - 11 chairs and 4 mats. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in and get your seat.
• Each person will be asked to sign a photo waiver form as pictures will be taken of the event.
• There is a bathroom on site.
• Light refreshments will be available (water/snacks).
