You want to feel steady in your own body again.Not just physically. You want to move through your day without hesitating or second guessing yourself. You want confidence that doesn't require a perfect workout routine or a body that cooperates on command.
Maybe somewhere underneath all of that is a quieter fear you haven't said out loud: What if I fall?
That fear is more common than most people admit. It makes sense because balance isn't just a physical skill. It's woven into how your nervous system processes stress, pain, fatigue, and years of learning to push through instead of tune in.
This 3-week series exists because steadiness is something you can rebuild at any age, without grinding through another workout that leaves you more depleted than when you started.
Each session is one hour. Accessible. Adaptable. No prior experience needed, no flexibility required, chair based and other options will be utilized throughout the class.
Over three Fridays, you'll build practical skills that support:
Balance and stability you can actually feel in everyday life
Coordination and confident movement
Body awareness - knowing what your body is telling you before it has to shout
Nervous system regulation woven into how you move
A relationship with your body built on trust, not fear
These aren't exercises you do once and forget. They're practices you'll use in your kitchen, on your morning walk, getting up from a chair, navigating uneven ground.
