Before joining Palm Springs Windmill Tours, Dr. Spiglanin worked in the aerospace industry for over 30 years. His background blends science, engineering, and education, with a focus on renewable energy and environmental protection. For more than two decades, he managed technical education for the scientists and engineers responsible for national security space programs.
