About this Event

On October 27th, join a conversation between Eric Gordon, the director of the Center for Media Innovation & Social Impact (MISI), Nigel Jacob, former co-chair of Boston's Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics, and Anne Short Gianotti, BU Professor of Earth & Environment. The three will talk about Eric's new book, How Institutions Listen: Civic Data, AI, and the Path to Public Trust, and explore the concept of “listening at scale.”
