How Every Relationship in Your Life Shapes Your Well Being w/Gina Menninger
About this Event
Ever stood in the middle of a conversation thinking, “Is it me, or has everyone around me gone mad?”
Plot twist: it’s probably a little of both.
Join Gina Menninger, MFT, to talk about what your relationships do to your overall well-being. She’s covering all relationships: friends, family members, kids, partners, and the one you have with yourself, which usually gets the least attention.
She will also talk about the most common misunderstandings and “bad patterns” she sees in her practice every day. Think keeping the peace until you’re quietly resentful, reacting way bigger than the moment calls for, or having the same argument for the third year in a row. Sneaky habits like these slowly chip away at connection without anyone noticing.
By the end of this event, you’ll have small, easy ways to spot your own part in the pattern (yes, you have one) and how to start course-correcting ASAP.
It’s free, it’s casual, and you can be as quiet or chatty as you like. Bring a friend if that makes it easier. All we ask is that you come open to the information and the experience.
