​Do you have a second self, a “you” that is distinct from the you? A self that you find solace in, a self that helps you through difficult times?

​Your alter ego may emerge as you work on a story, or when you're stuck in life. In a sense, an alter ego cannot be created but rather found, and several times, it can be the catalyst to the greatest moments in life!

​In this session, we want you to get in touch with that side of you and let it take the lead on your imagination, creativity and who you are or could be ✨
