From how and where cacao is grown, to post-harvest fermentation and drying, all the way through roasting, winnowing, refining, tempering and molding. We will walk you through every step of the bean-to-bar process and talk about why choosing intentionally sourced, sustainable chocolate matters. We'll wrap up with a tasting of two different origins so you can experience firsthand how origins shapes flavor.

This keeps our lot available and flowing for customers shopping at our three businesses who may be on tight schedules.
