Houston Sustainability Professionals' Networking Event

The event will be located in the Investors Pub room of St. Arnold's Brewing Company. As you come through the St Arnold entrance, the Investors Pub is in the building to the right. The room is on the second floor of that building. Signage will be posted.

Summertime is here, and with the heat, we will find ourselves lounging by pools, enjoying cool glasses of water, and setting up sprinklers for our kids to run through. All thanks to our vital resource...water.

In this June event, we take a deeper dive into the topic of water. We will look into the impacts of climate change on our national and global water supply, including risks for drought and desertification, and what industry is doing and can do to reduce their water usage and secure water supply in their regions of operation.

We will be joined by Chad Unrau, COO of Magna Imperio Systems, who will share more about his company's water filtration technology which allows for recovery up to 98% of industrial water to be reused as clean drinking water. Their technology is deployed by companies across the US - including our very own St. Arnold's Brewery - to turn industrial waste water into purified water. We'll even have a chance to take a look at the technology with a tour of the brewery at the end of the event!

This event is designed for Sustainability and ESG professionals as well as their peers in finance, strategy, people and culture, innovation and other roles that are instrumental in the transition to a carbon-neutral and more sustainable world.
