At GlenAllachie, Billy is crafting whiskies that are unapologetically rich and complex, using an adventurous range of cask types like PX and Oloroso Sherry, Madeira, Moscatel, Rioja, and Virgin Oak. Every decision is hands-on. Every cask is chosen with purpose. The result?
