Join us for the 2026 Houston Promise Walk for Preeclampsia, taking place at Kingwood Town Center on October 11, 2026!
The Promise Walk brings together families, survivors, healthcare professionals, friends, and community members to raise awareness and support the fight against preeclampsia and other hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. This meaningful event honors babies and mothers we have lost, celebrates survivors, and helps support the mission of the Preeclampsia Foundation.
This year’s walk will be a family-friendly community event featuring something for everyone. We are excited to welcome Houston Children’s Museum, Texas Children’s Hospital, and additional local healthcare organizations, businesses, and community partners. Attendees will have opportunities to connect with organizations, learn about maternal and infant health, enjoy children’s activities, visit vendors and sponsors, and participate in the walk itself.
Whether you have personally experienced preeclampsia, are supporting a loved one, work in maternal or neonatal healthcare, or simply want to help raise awareness, you are welcome here.
Together, we will walk in memory of the mothers and babies we have lost, walk in honor of those who survived, and walk for the families whose stories are still being written.
