From $180M/yr to Zero - While keeping the customers

In this session you will learn about the importance for setting end of sale & end of life policies, with suggested approaches to handle real-world upset to that process that can occur. It includes a use case taking a product line from $180M / year in sales to end of life, with no replacement product, by the product manager.

This session is recommended for all product managers to better understand full lifecycle costs and should be especially of interest for those who wish to be Directors/Leads of product management.

David Kirsch has been working in consulting and product management for over 20 years with two startups, Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems and COBAN Technologies/SafeFleet. Currently he serves as a senior technical product manager for platform with SiriusXM Connected Vehicle Services.
