S. Nicholas Desai, MD, is Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Medical Officer & Chief Quality Officer at Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital.

This hospital will be Houston Methodist's ninth hospital and is scheduled to open in early 2025. As Houston Methodist continues to lead in healthcare innovation and works towards creating the hospital system of the future, Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital will incorporate the most advanced technology from its inception, all tools which have been rigorously tested and piloted across the Houston Methodist hospital campuses. Dr. Desai will discuss the plans for this hospital and what it takes to build the hospital of the future.
